I used BlockBuster online when it was first released and it was not too bad. They had trouble with sending me the Voyager Season 6 set, their catalog listing was messed up and didn't understand that two discs were duplicates and disc 4 was missing. I finally gave up trying to explain and got it from Netflix. Other than that, delivery times were horrible then, but they only had a few centers at the time (just like Wal-Mart when they originally launched their service). The two free in-store rentals were worth sticking it out a few months but I eventually dropped it in favor of Netflix.
