I've used Blockbuster on-line for about a year and a half, and aside from the occasional cracked disc (which they replaced promptly), have no complaints. I've got a well stocked store about 1/2 mile from me, so the 2 free in-store rentals they offer every month makes the math work out very well. On-line, I've been able to receive & watch some really recondite classical musicians from the '50s, nothing that'll ever be traded, but not stuff I want to be paying 30-40 to purchase.
color me amused, I've done well by them.
