Yup, he's my first cousin, same grandparents, same awkward adolescence together and everything.
I was very interested in this movie too because they had to have so much secrecy and security when filming. Apparently they ended up having to film in a different country because it was so unsafe once they headed to Pakistan even with all the subterfuge that was put in place.
