Battle Movies

I'm such a sucker for battle movies, be it Troy or Thin Red Line, I simply love all the actions, betrayals, patriotism, bravery of the cast that make the movies so excellent.

Any other suckers out there for battle-related movies??

I wouldnt call myself a sucker, but i did really enjoy Troy, it was a great movie.

Not sure if I want to see Alexander, I have heard really bad reports, and Colin Farrel with long blonde hairs looks just wrong.

On the whole I thought Troy was great, but Brad Pitt really sucked in that movie. As far as battle movies go you can't beat Gladiator as far as i am on concerned.

Stalingrad (the German one) was a really good battle movie.

Also like some of the naval battles in Das Boot, very claustrophobic.

That's just spam.

I'm sure a lot of women would kill themselves if Brad Pitt was gay.

'The Longest Day' is a pretty good war film, it's in black and white so highly culrured.

I loved "Braveheart". Truly brilliant film.
