Crappy Love Stories

I have no idea why romance titles are getting from bad to worst....i can't even understand why i even bother to watch the crap...i bought the dvd of Bewitched since the cartoon series was fun, oh my, how could i imagine that it would be so bad and so fast forwarded that i was left stunned, just like the wedding date! it needs several re-watchng before i knew what was happening

The run-away bride or whatever was the name!Julia Roberts and Richard Gere have great chemistry together. That said, I can't imagine why they would want to follow up a great movie like "Pretty Woman" with this mess. It's not interesting, completely unbelievable (as if anyone would care that someone has left a bunch of men at the altar. It certainly wouldn't get that degree of media attention), and is way too predictable. And we never really get insight into Julia Robert's character - only a very vague attempt to explain why she runs (which never actually comes out). If you're a die-hard Roberts fan you may like this (though even the most adament of her followers that I know didn't like "Runaway Bride"). But if you just want a sweet, entertaining romantic comedy this is not for you.
