Do you enjoy previews?

Does anyone else here actually enjoy the movie previews on the big screen?

I don't like the commericials, of course. But, I actually enjoy seeing the previews for movies that are coming up. I often see movies that I have a great interest in seeing! I think those previews are much better than any preview that I would see on the TV.

So, I always want to be in the theater early enough to catch them all!

I love the movie trailers. I even download some of the best ones from iTunes for my iPod. I noticed that the Cinemark theater chain doesn't show commercials before the trailers anymore. It used to be that if you were seeing a 6pm showing of a movie, they'd show commercials at 6, followed by fifteen minutes of trailers. Now, they have a "First Look" special showing for a half hour before showtime with commercials during it. Then at showtime, it goes right to the trailers. That's a much better system to me.

I like to watch the previews in the theater. I don't care for them on DVDs. (even though you can skip them)
In the theater it lets you see what is upcoming and plan your next movie outing!

I love previews! Without them I would probably never go to see any new movies because I'd have no clue what was going on.

I love the previews because it allows me to see what is upcoming. But I cannot stand the ads that play at some of the theatres now.

It depends on which movie they're previewing as to whether I pay attention to it or not. If I'm not interested in the movie to begin with, a preview isn't going to change my mind.

There was one preview for some movie about a guy named Jude that showed before "Spider-Man 3" that just took foreeeeeeeeeeever. I already hate the movie because of that trailer. I can't even bring myself to look up the name of the thing.

previews

The previews certainly help save me money. I read reviews, but that's not enough. Considering that previews deliberately pull out the most memorable scenes, if I don't like them then, I'm not likely to find the entire movie worth watching,

I really like trailers, but it disappoints me when there's a scene in the trailer that appeals to me but which never turns up in the film itself. That seems false advertising to me.

I like previews, but there are just those that you know that all the good scenes are in the trailer too. So, you don't have to bother with seeing the whole thing lol.
