Seven Swords

I was never interested in Chinese History but when I saw the cover, I just had to buy it. The tale is about the time when the Ming Era has just been overthrown by the Manchus and the Qing Era is being established.
The new emperor of China issued a degree that all martial arts practices are banned and all sects are to be slayed.

A good and fresh out look from Alexander or Troy themed movies where everything is European.

Big productions like of these standards does match up to those Hollywood counterparts.
There were other ancient china movies, but Seven Swords really top the standards!

You know.... I don't really get the show.
I felt that it was like rushed and too fast paced. I like the dueling part though, but the story I don't get it...
