Zathura is labelled PG, but is the action really suitable? it's seems a little overwhelming which may cause kids to have nightmares after that. Movie-director Jon Favreau claimed that kids want to see what adults see and aren't interested in what parents want them to see..hmm..but i still wonder is it's too intense for yound kids?

I don't agree with the way they rate films these days, they inform us that they set the rates in function to what a kid or teen can view...but i realy wonder if they ever go through the films themselves, i'm not sure that a 10 year old can sit through a rappe scene, nor that a twelve year old can see someone's brains splashed on the screen!

I second those thoughts.
The old Transformer the Movie was almost banned when Spike said "shit" in one of the scenes.
But now you get a minor watching rape or s*x scenes on movies...
