So Darth vader for me is the 'Villain' by excellence, he is cruel,looks scary,when he talks nobody else dares to open the mouth, he has no pity...but deep inside he has a heart and that's why people forgive him at the end..
Then i'd say hannibal lecter because he truely gives me the creeps...eating human flesh and stuff and the little girl in the exorcist as I didn't sleep for years correctly thanks to her!lol
