What was the last movie you watched?

I watched "Total Recall" last night. It's been years since I last saw it. It's still a fun movie, and probably still the best Mars movie out there. I once read a review of it calling it the "Most gory mainstream movie ever", and some parts do live up to that billing (as of 1990 at least). The part on the escalator with the human shield and Arnie's last fight with Michael Ironside are the most notable. It's not my favorite Schwarzenegger movie (that would be "Predator"), but it's still a pretty good one for him. I can't watch this without thinking of this song, "Total Recallin" that was played on the Opie & Anthony show.

I just finished watching Goodfellas. I love that movie. It's one of my favourites...so much so that I own the dvd...but I can't help watching it when it comes on tv.

I watched "The Island" this afternoon. I really don't understand why this film didn't do better at the box office. It's one of Michael Bay's best films. I know the guy get slammed by film geeks, but he makes great visual movies. The scripts are the writer's faults.

I watched "Off the Map", a small indie film and "Six Degrees of Separation" this weekend. Usually we go to the theatre over the weekend and see something new but the baysitter bailed.

The last one I watched was Shrek 3 because I took the boys to see it. It seems I see alot of the kids movies more than anything lately.

The last thing I saw was Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End because we're without TV at the moment. If you'd have asked tomorrow, I would be able to say Open Season. The movie theater here has free movies for the kids, and we're going to see that tomorrow.
