Garden State

Anyone seen it?

I found it to be quite a good movie.
It wasn't packed with big stars, but they all did very well.

Not like many movies out today either.

This man goes back to his home town for his mother's funeral.
He hasn't been back for like 15 years or so, and he gets back together with all of his friends and finds a girlfriend.

He learns about what life is all about and changes his ways.

I watched this film, was quite good and moving. Which I find when a film is kept out of the limelight like this one has or hasnt got big names in it... they usually are very good emotional films. I recommend you watch this film and make the well deserved actors in it big names..

Well that was pretty damn fantastic. Kinda reminded me of Lost in Translation, can't decide which I prefer though out of those two. I was a little disapointed with the "first kiss" scene - It just didn't come across as 'special' as the moment should of been. Maybe a better song would of made it have more impact on me, I don't know I guess I just base everything against the love scene in Cruel Intentions.

Maybe they were trying to make it 'non-special' with so many movies making it such a big deal.
I thought that the movie was kinda realistic in a sense, and the first kiss isn't as great as some say, most of the time.
