I watched this movie the other night. It was playing on some station and I caught it. I really enjoyed seeing this movie again. I thought John Travolta was O.K. in it but I really like Debra Winger in this role. I thought she did a good job. Does anyone else remember this movie? What did you think of it. My husband laughs at me because I like this movie.

I don't think I watched it when it came out, much less watch it now. It just never appealed to me, not my kind of movie. I just don't get into the cowboy theme.

I didn't think I would like it but I ended up liking it. I don't know why because it wasn't a big hit or anything.

I thought it was too commercial. At the time there was the faux western craze going and every other place had the mechanical bull. The Travolta character seemed like Tony transplanted to me.
