Zoolander

Does anyone remember this Ben Stiller comedy from a few years back? I just recently rewatched it and it still cracked me up. I love Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller together, they really play off one another well. And pairing them for Starsky and Hutch was a great move as well. They nailed those 80's characters right on the head!

there is a certain amount of time needed between viewings of a movie so far over the top as zoolander.

I never did watch Zoolander. Of course, I'm not that big of a Ben Stiller fan. He's okay, just not one that I prefer to watch.

It was wayyy over the top, I think that's what its appeal was for me. I'm a big fan of paradodies and those types of movies. I loved all the Austin Power movies and even the Wayne's World movies.

I'm getting really tired of Ben Stiller/Owen Wilson combo, and Ben Stiller in general. He's been typecast in this stupid role and I just don't care if I ever see him in anything again.

He has been typecast, I agree, but it's been working for him and he's still making money off of it. I guess it would be like us going to the same factory job, day in and day out. We could do it with our eyes closed, we hate the job, but it pays the bills.

I really hated "Starsky & Hutch". I loved the tv show because it was a serious action/drama that worked because the actors got along well and had fun with the roles. But the movie version was just a spoof that was embarassing to watch. The only thing they got right was the car.

I was disappointed in Zoolander and now they are trying for a sequel. Twice the disappointment for me I guess.
