Mel Gibson

Woah this guys the best at what he does, i find all shows starring him in it are really good... for me the best so far is still Braveheart which by the way is a classic!!! Mel Gibson is really suitable far all kinds of War flicks like the patriot, we were soldiers, etc... don't you think so?

Yeah I liked him in all of those, especially The Patriot. I liked the end when he shot the guy but he didn't die and they kept on fighting. That was great. I also loved him in the Lethal Weapons.

I realy enjoyed Mel gibson in the Mad Max collection, i wouldn't imagine anybody else in the role, making of the character what he is....if not Vin maybe ...
The most recent film i saw with him was Signs, and taht isn't all that recent isn't it?? No sure though which i prefered, the original Signs or crazy movie 3 with charlie sheens parody of it!!!

Signs was a 2001 or 2002 movie, it was pretty recent. I never saw Mad Max, I don't even know what it's about. I think it's about battling in the future, and there is a guy named Max and he shoots guns. That's what I've concluded.

I loved Braveheart as well.
Makes me really want to be in it and fighting along side with him when I was watching the film.

He is suited for action packed roles. He brings in him a natural aura of a warrior. But I would love to see him perform more other roles which can showcase his versatility as an actor.

He really doesn't do much acting anymore, does he? I think because of all the years of smoking, he's really looking a lot older now. You can notice it somewhere around "The Patriot" or "Payback", he just gained weight, lost hair and really started to fade from starring in movies. It's like he said in "Lethal Weapon 4", he's "too old for this shit!". All actors go through this though. Some age gracefully like Sean Connery or Clint Eastwood. Others hang on to every last shred of their youth like Robert Redford.
