Are there any actors/actresses who annoy you so much that you avoid going to any movies with them in it? For example I find Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn both unbelievably annoying because neither of them EVER stops talking in any movie they have made. So the movie Wedding Crashers was a double whammy for me. My husband can't stand Nicolas Cage's nasally voice so he has a hard time watching his movies. What's your peeve? | ||

| Hmmmm... for me, it would have to be Jim Carrey, actually. I admit he can be funny, but his characters are almost too stupid. The only one I liked was "Liar Liar". Ther other ones drive me crazy with his over-the-top antics. | ||

| OMG, I totally forgot about her! Yes, Sandra Bernhard is one of the most annoying. She's also fit nicely on the funny-looking actor/actress thread. | ||

| Ahhh... very true. I used to adore Tom Cruise. But, ever since he started jumping on Oprah's sofa and went on his rampage with Matt Lauer about the use of antidepressants, I have NOT been a fan of his. He is just too "out there" for my tastes now. | ||

| I can't stand Ben Affleck, but I know I'm not alone on that one. Denzell Washington always bugs me because he always has to have some dramatic, preachy speach in the middle of his films. I can't watch Vince Vaughn either, he's just too smarmy. I used to like Sean Penn, but he's turned into a real jackass lately and all his roles seem to be done for the sole purpose of critical acclaim. Then there's Jude Law, England's version of Ben Affleck. And the only other one I can think of right now is Chris Tucker, simply because all he makes are "Rush Hour" movies and his voice makes my ears bleed. | ||

| I really don't like Rosanne Barr, and you couldn't pay me enough money to go see a movie with Sandra Bernhard in it. Who told the girl she should be an actress? Puleez!! Maybe if you put a bag over her head, I might be able to stomach her, but I doubt it. Gives me the willies!! | ||

| As stupid as Jim Carey's roles seem to be, as inane as Ben Stillar seems to be, it's ironically one of the better actors that I absolutely cannot watch. The very sight of him irritates me, and his voice grates on my nerves. It's Jack Nicholson. He just always seems so smug, snarky and even belligerent. I obviously don't know what he's really like in person, but it's an impression I can't seem to shake! | ||

| Wow ...most of the same people are on my list too lol. Most comedians turned actor annoy me ...it's like 'don't tell me when to laugh dammit!' Jim Carrey leaves me stone cold, and I don't think I've ever actually paid to see one of his films. Cruise doesn't bother me as much because he's done some good films like Magnolia so he gets off the hook with me. Of course, those were before the whole TomKat saga which I think is lud icrous. | ||
