Mine is a Samsung like most of what I have, video cam, mobile, cd player...even my car's cd player is one.
They have never let me down so I have no reason to change!

Fair one then, I've never really held any brand loyalty with electrical goods, just gone for what's best for the job at the best price. It makes for a disparate media set-up here, but it's a one that works for me...

Humm, this is a hard one... Since all it does it spin the disc. I would go for the one that gives me the best price.
ILike -G-, I have no loyality sense at all when it coies to VCD or DVD players. Anything that works will be fine.

I have a Phillips that I bought back in '98 that still plays great, but I've found that some discs get stuck inside. Usually it's the used ones that I've bought that still have a little bit of sticker residue on them.

I also bought a Cyberhome cheap DVD player that was modified to play all regions. It comes in handy for any foreign or bootleg DVD's I get because it's nowhere near as picky as the Phillips.

I don't know what DVD player I have, isn't that weird? I got it as a gift, and I didn't even install it, my friend did. I just know how to work it. I think I still have the box... but probably not.

I bought a cheap one, an imitation from Taiwan because it could read pirated copies. It did not last long. For barely how many days of full use, it surrendered. Now I'm using a Philips DVD player.

Japanese made electronics are good. They last long. So I go for Sony DVD player. I get my money's worth investing on this electronic item.
