We didn't get to the movies this weekend like we were wanting to do. So, did anyone see the movie? Was it as good as the hype? I still want to see it, just want to make sure I don't regret it. ![]()

| You beat me to it! I came right here today to find out the *same* thing! I am still on the fence about seeing Spidey 3. I did hear that Spiderman 3 demolished some records. I think it beat the record for weekend ticket sales and also one day ticket sales. I have to say that I am not a big fan of Kirsten Dunst. So, I just can't see her as a heroine! I had a tough time believing her to be a "supermodel" in the last Spidey flick. | ||

We did watch it this past weekend and it was worth the money to see it on the big screen. Kirsten Dunst isn't one of the best actresses they might have chosen, but she has made the character her own. Although, if I recall, in the comic book, MJ seems to be a little bit tougher. Dunst's version is kind of wimpy and weak. She needs to toughen up. But, no chance of that happening now.

| I liked it enough to see it twice, but it could have been better. It would have been a lot better without the Sandman in it, as cool as the effects for him were. They should have just focused on the black suit, showed more of its effects on Peter and gave it a better origin. I think the first and second movies were better. | ||

| As much as I'd like for Hubs to give an either or choice too, (less expensive) he never would. He wants to see them both as well, so I know we'll be hitting the theaters in another few weeks. | ||

| I couldn't get past him being Eric Foreman from The 70's Show. It was just Eric dressed up in a black suit with dyed blonde hair. You think he'll ever get out of that typecast shadow? | ||

| Harry died! Well, now I don't need to see the movie! LOL Just kidding. I pretty much know what happened in the movie because my nephew told me the WHOLE thing. They gotta teach him how to hold back a little. So, I already knew that. I just had to have some fun. ![]() | ||
