What is teenage hood?
Meeting high expectations of parents? Trying to get good grades? Get a prom date? Plan for the future? Or how about getting a high school sweetheart?
Well that’s the same for Will Stronghold who is the offspring of 2 legendary superheroes, Commander ( played by Kurt Russell ) and Jetstream ( played by Kelly Preston ).
Oh sure they go to school... but its something that you would not expect in your average high school.

Disney cleverly created a movie where it follows Will's everyday life in an elite school for the sons and daughters of superheroes.

Now... the only problem with Will is that he DOES NOT have any superpowers! ( or so he thinks ) Because of this be was branded as a sidekick instead of a mainstream hero.
When an old villain reappears in the scene and captures his parents and one who plans to take over the world ( yawn... )
Its up to Will and his "Sidekick" friends to save the day and rediscover how to use his powers.

This is a film for all ages and a true family classic.
( You get to see some familiar super powers too )

I realy enjoyed this film,the super hero side is really an interesting twist. They could've made the same movie with the young star trying to live up to his Dad's legacy in football, but instead they took the approach of having a young man who's father is a great super hero
