Blade Runner

C'mon kids, this is a brilliant film. One of the best of all time in my opinion. Read the original book too. Tis quality.

And the topic of discussion is...?

Never seen it, can't really comment! Sounds cheesy though...

Bladerunner is a pretty good film. Not one of the best of all time.

Great film, though I haven't seen it in a while. Remember some great aesthetics in it though, very interesting futuristic style.

Thinking about it, might get it over Easter...

Its the best sci-fi film I've seen (ok, its one of the ONLY sci-fi films I've seen).

Harrison Ford's best performance so far, rivalling Han Solo in Star Wars and that Russian dude in that submarine movie.

Anyway if anyone is planning to watch it, I'd definitely recommend the Directors Cut. that "cuts" off the annoying voiceover, and the ending is a bit more mysterious.

Along with Star Wars, one of the best sci-fi movies.
SW is unbeatable though

Star Wars is very optimistic and bright, while Blade Runner tends to be dark and pessimistic (the directors cut moreso).

Completely different stories
