Saw the US remake of The Grudge last night and I'm glad to say that they've done a good job. Same director, same actors for the woman and child and same house. They've added a couple of extra things in to simplify it for a western (read US) audience, but the scares are just as strong. Recommended. | ||

| I watched the movie last week, didn't really like it that much As for style, it looks a lot like The Ring but isn't as scary. Sarah Michelle Gellar was the only reason I kept watching The story is weird, there are a few scary moments which the music introduces and the storyline is quite complicated. If you like weird, scary movies, it's worth watching it but don't expect to much of it. | ||
