I was on for some funny comedy as stated at the back of the DVD........gosh.......never trust those reviews ever again....THE BEAUTY SHOP was downright "UN hilarious" virtually, totally, whatever -ly worst of the worst of the worst!! i didn't even smile or grin... | ||

| Movie Critic | I'd never trust quotes full stop, you can take any review and pick a bit out that makes it sound like the reviewer loved it. For example (bit on box in italics): "It would be safe to say that this isn't the best movie I've seen this year."

| Movie Goer | Never trust any review designed to promote a film. So that's DVD covers, cinema in-house magazines or the majority of websites. I tend to use metacritic for mine as I find the averages it finds are generally fairly close to my opinions of films I've seen, so for me it's a good resource. Not usually so biased due to the multiple sources either.
