I just realized today that the time on the forum is an hour off for what it should be.. For example I live in NH, which is GMT -5. Yet when I select -5 in my settings, it displays the time as an hour earlier than it should be. I'm assuming this has to do with daylight savings but I could be wrong.. for now I just set it to -4 and now it has the correct time.
