Stand up comedian? I prefer Jim Carrey and his rubber face or Rowan Atkinson as Mr. Bean.
Mike Mylers is good too for Wayne's World and Austin Powers.

Personally, I wouldn't really class most of them as stand-up, and more Film or TV comedy. As for stand-up, my favourites in no particular order:

- Bill Bailey
- Dylan Moran
- Bill Hicks
- Rich Hall
- Ross Noble

There's probably more, but I can't think of them off the top of my head...

That's not stand up comedy.

I like pretty much the same as -G- with the exception of Bill Hicks.

I saw Dara O'Brien at the fringe last year, he was so funny I fell onto my side. I'd also love to see Ross Noble next time he does Newcastle.

Bill Hicks was more of a social critic than a stand-up in a lot of respects, but my favourite quote of his has to be:

"I don't mean to sound bitter, cold, or cruel, but I am, so that's how it comes out..."

lol a few of them are good

i like comedy thats aimed at how stupid people do stupid things in society or how stupid society is in general

"Iraq: incredible weapons – incredible weapons." How do you know that? "Uh, well ... we looked at the receipts."

HAHAHA now thats funny
