It looks like peerflix is getting more ideas from switchdiscs. Chris recently posted on the SD Forum asking for members who wanted to participate in the SD Blog and write DVD, CD and Video Game reviews (posted Friday May 12th). Well it looks like peerflix thought that was a great idea and did it too (posted May 22nd)... http://blog.peerflix.com/peerflix/20...ixer_reco.html I love the happy member quote they add right before the review...must not be a real peerflix member. Anyways...Chris some more kudos for you...maybe they are stealing your ideas because you are stealing their members? :P

| well, all I can tell you...as long as Peerflix doesn't steal Chris' trading scheme(yes, even the proposed one, with Chris' self-wield, sliding yard stick), I reckon I'll be staying right where I'm at.

And who asked you anyways...stick with peerflix if you want...who cares? It’s not our fault you can't see the iceberg they are headed for...but maybe you can and are just to dumb to find a lifeboat and get off the ship. "Peerflix...millions of dollars in financing...$9 million plus...top “startup” executives…$100,000+ a year…stealing ideas from self funded grass roots Chris and switchdiscs...PRICELESS!"

| No I don't care and that's why I stay out of the peerflix forums. What are my interpretations of the upcoming changes? Chris and switchdiscs are trying to improve...they've heard the requests of most of their members and are trying to make things work better. Will the new changes work better? I don't know...but I do know if they don't work Chris and his team will continue to LISTEN to all the members and continue to make things better. Once again Ky_Flixer...at least try a service before you open your mouth about it. Otherwise stay in the peerflix forums or go sing koombya at the "backlot" with the rest of the peerflix staff who are trying desperatley to keep peerflix from going belly up and ultimatley losing their jobs. I thought it was bad how they couldn't get anything done before the "backlot"...but with all the damage control they have going on over there they won't have time to do anything else.

| The new SD system will be be more like PF so i don't know why any PFer would have a problem with it. And as a user of both services i can say that lately i've been happier with SD. Atleast try it before you pass judgement. | ||

Is Switchdisc stealing Peerflix's trading system...?

| What's better SD or PF? Who knows. What I do know is that I'm getting discs from SD and I don't get any from PF. That is the most basic element. So as long as things stay like this, guess where I'll be trading.

| Did peerflix invent the idea of a wish list? Did peerflix invent the idea that things from a wish list should be automatically requested? I don't think so. I think Netflix and sites even before them had these ideas. Is switchdiscs going to use a similar process? Yeah it looks like it...but I'm willing to bet it works A LOT better then peerflix’s system. I'm also willing to bet they don't have terms like "Long Wait" next to discs that are not even in the system. Transparency is a great thing! Keep defending peerflix ky_flixer…it’s very loyal of you…stupid as they have shown they can care less about you and other members…but still loyal none the less. While you are here defending them they are off in Europe talking about “Creating Successful Web Based Business – New Business Models”...maybe they are already working on a new one for when they abandon the peerflix ship themselves?
